We were thrilled to have Peggy and Paul come and speak at our Regional Meeting Friday 26th March.

Coloplast has undergone a huge restructure in the last 6 months giving us 6 new Ostomy Sales Reps in Northern California.

Paul and Peggy shared their Ostomy journeys in a comfortable relaxed manner allowing new sales reps the chance to understand ostomy from a personal level.

Yes, we get all the clinical and product training, data and facts presented to us BUT what about the true essence of understanding our Ostomates.

We listened and learned about the family and spousal support that is involved and how we can help in these areas.

We learned about the emotional mountains and valleys that Ostomates go through and can still come out so positive.

The understanding of what a Support Group can give to a new or long time Ostomate is vital and I am surely spreading the word about SVOSG.

For all the members and future members of the SVOSG you are blessed to have come into the fold with these two wonderful people.

I like to think that they are "OSTOMISTIC" and their positiveness will flow by osmosis from one member to another.

Once more Coloplast thanks them for being part of such an important lesson for our sales team.
